Purpose of processing
Images captured by this video surveillance system are processed exclusively for three purposes: ensuring the physical safety of patients, visitors and staff within the clinic’s facilities; protecting the assets and facilities of the establishment; and preventing and addressing safety risks or security incidents.
Images captured constitute personal data in accordance with literal c) of Article 3 of Law 1581 of 2012, and are processed under said law, Decree 1074 of 2015 and the guidelines of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
