Patient Duties
As a patient at our medical center, it's important to comply with the following responsibilities:
- Present identification at Torre Magna PI Building reception
- Show identification at the office
- Provide complete information about current health status
- Share accurate information with Dr. Tatiana Leal and medical staff
- Follow office rules and instructions
- Complete payment for services rendered
- Keep scheduled appointments or cancel with 12 hours notice
- All patients are entitled to two cancellations of the service
- However, when a third cancellation is made, the right to pay the cost of the assessment for the treatment performed is lost
- It should be made clear that the benefit of paying the cost of the assessment is not permanent
- Follow medical recommendations provided
- Treat staff, patients, and companions with respect
- Care for provided facilities and equipment
- Use communication and suggestion channels appropriately
